There is and always only will be one Robert! I loved listening to his stories and I heard them for years. Often wondered if they were true or not but never cared cause he told them with passion and confidence. He was a Preston ICON. I will miss not seeing him when I'm back visiting again. RIP SCHULTZTY.

As a member of the Class of 1969 - my condolences to all of you. Robert was one of a kind - he remembered stories many of us forgot. It won't be the same coming to Preston and not talking with him. I have nothing my great memories of Robert. He loved his family and Preston. When we gathered as a class he would always run over to his apartment and get the picures - we especially love the one on the train trip when we were in Kindergarten! Rest in peace to my dear classmate.

You have my sympathy on the loss of your father and grandfather.I grew up on a farm next to him and road the same bus. I got to see him again a couple times and visit when back to Preston this past summer and had a nice visit about the old days and catching up on our families we now have and I know he was very proud his children and grandchildren and spoke very highly of you all. I also would see him at Steam Engine Days every year which he enjoyed attending.May you be comforted by the memories you have of him.

Cousin Robert was very well versed in family history and the history of the Preston area. He was very intelligent, grew an awesome garden, a man of many talents. I am sure he will be missed. My hearts go out to his children and their families.
